I just received this message from Anita at Great Ferm:
I know you are heavily involved with the Howard County Homebrewers and wanted to reach out to the club regarding Winterfest on Saturday, January 30th. It is no doubt a beer highlight in the middle of the dreary winter.
BIG has asked me to coordinate homebrew clubs that want to serve beer at Winterfest. Because of the ever increasing number of BIG member breweries and the resulting space concerns, clubs will be sharing a booth. If your club is interested in pouring, please reply to this email by January 18th. Please include both an email and a phone number for your club's contact. It would be helpful if you also gave me an idea of what you will be serving.
My intention is to have 6 faucets through two jockey boxes available for clubs to use on a rotating basis. CO2, regulators and gas manifolds will be provided as well. We will have a keg of sanitizer available to rinse lines between kegs. ALL CONNECTIONS WILL BE BALL LOCK. Club banners, costumes, and themes are all welcome. Some of you have beautiful club bars but unfortunately because of time and space constraints, we won't be able to use them. In exchange for contributing at least two five gallon kegs, each club will receive 2 tickets to Winterfest.
Its a bit short notice, but it sounds like if you've got a full keg, you could get a free ticket to a sold out Winterfest if you're one of the first two to donate.
