Hello fellow brewers
We are inviting Indiana homebrew clubs to serve at the Bloomington craft beer festival on Saturday April 9th at the Woolery Mill.
We have up to 5 spots open to pour for 1 hour each If there is enough interest, we may split up the times a bit different and share the booth similar to WinterFest this year. The event runs from 1-6 with VIP hour from 1-2 and general admission from 2-6. Up to two individuals will be given brewer's tickets if they come to serve for the club. More than two people can pour at the table, but any additional attendees will have to purchase a VIP or GA ticket. The Brewer's Guild will be providing ice and the Hop Jockeys can provide a 2 tap jockey box with ball lock connections & CO2 to share. Any additional equipment required will need to be brought by the clubs.
Servers must have a permit to pour. If you don't have a permit, you can sign up for a 1 day volunteer permit for $5 and you may apply online. Please inquire if you need one and I'll include details in a later email.
If you are interested in attending, please send me an email with your club name and 1st and 2nd choices for serving time.
If any of these emails are incorrect, please let me know and also pass on to anyone interested who may not be included.
Thanks!
