This year's wort is a 50/50 grist of red wheat & pils malt. Estimated pre-boil gravity of 1.042-1.045 This should help you decide on your final recipe & style of wheat beer. If you would, reply here on what you are planning and the amount of wort you will be needing.

I will do a split batch (starting volume about 14 gallons). Half Saison half Hefeweizen.
