Hey guys, This is Josh. I've been to a few of the meetings and a big brew. I'm looking to enhance some of my brews because I'm not the flavor profile I'm looking for. I will be adjusting temps to ensure healthy yeast (I think I am pitching it too soon before it's cooled completely) and adjusting the PH of the water. I have been doing a bit of research in this and am wondering if any of you have gotten a water profile for our Kokomo water. Thanks in advance for the help.

Personally water should be the last thing to worry about. Proper sanitation, pitching enough healthy yeast, and Fermentation temperature is where I put all of my focus. I seen a big change in my beer just by pitching more yeast. I either make a 1.5 liter starter if I'm using liquid yeast or pitch 2 packs of dry yeast. Just my 2 cents.
